Summary: Seeking a Contracts Manager responsible for the administration of contracts and managing other administrators.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional position

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA or master's degree

  • Certifications such as CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM through NCMA

  • Background in law or legal documentation

  • 5-10 years of experience with a government contractor or agency

  • Direct experience in government contracting; aerospace or DoD business is a plus

  • Knowledge of FARS, DFARS & ITAR/Export Regulations

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and ownership in all aspects of prime contracts and subcontracts from Customers including Prime contractors, the U.S. Government, and International Customers.

  • Preparation and presentation of responses to Customers' requests for information, proposals, and quotations.

  • Negotiation and execution of NDAs, terms and conditions, pricing, schedules, quality requirements, modification requests, import/export requirements, settlement disputes, and all legal/contractual requirements.



Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
