Contracts Manager
Summary: Seeking a Contracts Manager responsible for the administration of contracts and managing other administrators.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or finance required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional position
Preferred Skills:
MBA or master's degree
Certifications such as CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM through NCMA
Background in law or legal documentation
5-10 years of experience with a government contractor or agency
Direct experience in government contracting; aerospace or DoD business is a plus
Knowledge of FARS, DFARS & ITAR/Export Regulations
Job Responsibilities:
Leadership and ownership in all aspects of prime contracts and subcontracts from Customers including Prime contractors, the U.S. Government, and International Customers.
Preparation and presentation of responses to Customers' requests for information, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiation and execution of NDAs, terms and conditions, pricing, schedules, quality requirements, modification requests, import/export requirements, settlement disputes, and all legal/contractual requirements.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
