Summary: Seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with expertise in mobile launching systems architecture and experience with Vertical Launching Systems for technical input and design review.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in mobile launching systems architecture

  • Experience with Vertical Launching System (VLS) or similar

  • Knowledge of military specifications (Mil-S-901D, Mil-Std-167-1, Mil-Std-461D, Mil-Std-740-1, Mil-Std-810E)

Preferred Skills:

  • Guidance on structural and electronic packaging designs

  • Review of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) results

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical review for launcher electronics packaging

  • Conduct design reviews for mechanical and electrical systems

  • Ensure compliance with military specifications

Pay: 54-72

Pay Details: $54.00 to $72.00 per hour
