Summary: Seeking an Inventory Control and Distribution Specialist to manage inventory flow, coordinate activities between facilities, and handle kitting and shipping of products.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED, Associate degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory management, especially with outsourced international resources/vendors

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill obligations specified in the organization's SOPs related to material and product handling

  • Monitor and replenish component stock and packaging materials as needed

  • Perform acceptance procedures on supplied critical components, register parts into the inventory management system, and move accepted components into the inventory tracking system

  • File rejected material reports on non-conforming components and work with the Operations Team to identify and resolve quality issues

  • Develop and implement methods to maintain accurate inventory levels

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams including Development, IT, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations

  • Provide information and support customer service operations related to inventory inquiries

  • Configure kits from component inventory according to instructions

  • Package kitted product and prepare shipment documents

  • Coordinate the shipment of products using external shipping resources

  • Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required

  • Follow company policies and procedures



Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
