Summary: Seeking Soldering Techs for a temporary assignment to perform repetitive workstation or line-assembly operations in electrical assembly.

  • Requirements:

    • Perform bench-type processes using hand tools, fixtures, toggle press, pneumatic machine, microscope, and bonding machines.
    • Report defective parts or questionable conditions to department lead or supervisor.
    • Maintain work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition following safety regulations.
    • Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Ability to read and follow instructions from travelers, work instructions, and ISO book documents.
    • Ability to multi-task with good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail.
    • Hand dexterity required.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Perform multiple washing operations for circuits and sheets cleaning processes.
    • Record data of key features, measurements, and specifications per Production Control Work Sheet.
    • Follow Custom Part/Flex acceptance quality criteria.


Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.50 per hour
