Summary: Seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

  • Requirements:

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    • 5+ years of IT support experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
    • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Track-It)
    • Familiarity with FDA regulations, HIPAA, and GxP compliance
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IQMS, SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  • Responsibilities:

    • Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity
    • Support specialized systems used in medical device manufacturing (e.g., ERP, MES, LIMS)
    • Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and knowledge base articles
    • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, and Operations
    • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes including account provisioning and hardware setup
    • Participate in audits and support validation of computerized systems


Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
