Technician

Summary: Seeking a Technician with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and customer service for logistical activities and inventory management.

• Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in material handling/inventory replenishment or customer service

  • Steel Toe Safety Boots required

  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs

• Preferred Skills:

  • Forklift operations

  • Knowledge of scientific products and services

  • Lab experience dealing with chemicals and PPE

• Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate orders for consumable lab inventory replenishment

  • Manage customer point of use or stockroom inventory

  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of materials with third-party couriers

  • Handle and manage chemicals, including hazardous materials

  • Perform basic order entry and follow-up on backorders

  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures

Pay: 15-20

Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
