Administrative Assistant
Summary: Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide professional support to the Planning and/or Sales department, focusing on scheduling, correspondence, and presentation management.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 6+ years related experience and/or training
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Background in executive secretarial area or office management
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to learn other software programs as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support while maintaining confidentiality
- Compile and prepare PowerPoint presentations for meetings
- Manage schedules, appointments, and conference calls independently
- Coordinate staff meetings and other departmental/corporate meetings
- Compose confidential correspondence, reports, documents, emails, and faxes
- Update spreadsheets, contact lists, and department reports
- Research information from internal/external sources
- Review and route mail and faxes
- Prepare expense reports and check requests
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
