Sr. Inventory Coordinator

Summary: Seeking a Sr. Inventory Coordinator experienced in inventory management and customer service for stockroom operations and inventory control.

• Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years' experience in material handling/inventory replenishment or customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Preferred Skills:

  • Spill containment training, IATA, DOT, IMDG, and OSHA Right to Know
  • Cross referencing and inside sales experience
  • Knowledge of scientific products and services

• Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory including consumables, chemicals, samples; ensure accurate control and processing requests
  • Perform cycle counting, yearly physical inventories, and monitoring slow/dead inventory
  • Provide customer service functions related to inventory management
  • Conduct purchasing functions like back order reporting, expediting shipments, managing quotes
  • Coordinate shipping activities including documentation and handling hazardous materials
  • Interface with customer contacts and manage various types of inventory using company systems

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
