Performs inspections in accordance with established quality requirements, ensuring compliance with ISO/AS standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license plus passport or birth certificate

  • 3+ years of quality inspection experience (preferred)

  • Proficiency with inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, comparators, indicators, and thread gauges

  • Understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2009) and blueprint reading

  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and meet annual near-vision/color vision requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • CMM certification and experience with related software

  • Familiarity with aerospace quality management systems (AS9100/ISO9001)

  • Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, and other industry standards

  • Experience with incoming and first article inspections

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-process release inspections and final QA release of finished goods

  • Conduct inspections per approved procedures and document results per GDP practices

  • Initiate nonconformance material reports (CARE/NCMR) as needed

  • Generate Certificates of Conformance (CoC)

  • Read and interpret QMS, OCN, SOP, and basic blueprint drawings

  • Operate inspection equipment including CMM, optical comparator, and spring tester

  • Support TPM/5S initiatives in the quality assurance area

  • Perform daily ergonomic stretches and follow safety guidelines

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and team-based quality goals

  • Work overtime as required, including daily and/or weekend shifts



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
