Cleanroom Support Specialists

Summary: Seeking Cleanroom Support Specialists to assist packaging operators in a cleanroom environment with tasks including building, cleaning, and following protocols.

• Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 0-2 years of experience in production within a cleanroom environment
  • Ability to wear PPE including long sleeves, pants, steel-toe footwear

• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Responsibilities:

  • Build, clean, and package products according to specifications
  • Wear PPE and report safety incidents
  • Follow cleanroom protocols and cGMPs for ISO Class 7 environment maintenance
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes and adhere to change control procedures
  • Escalate process/product deviations to prevent scrap/rework/customer returns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (6S)
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by returning unused parts/components properly
  • Work within ISO 9001:2015 quality standards guidelines
  • Complete assemblies within specified timeframes per work order

Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
