Cleanroom Support Specialists
Summary: Seeking Cleanroom Support Specialists to assist packaging operators in a cleanroom environment with tasks including building, cleaning, and following protocols.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 0-2 years of experience in production within a cleanroom environment
- Ability to wear PPE including long sleeves, pants, steel-toe footwear
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Build, clean, and package products according to specifications
- Wear PPE and report safety incidents
- Follow cleanroom protocols and cGMPs for ISO Class 7 environment maintenance
- Participate in continuous improvement processes and adhere to change control procedures
- Escalate process/product deviations to prevent scrap/rework/customer returns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (6S)
- Ensure inventory accuracy by returning unused parts/components properly
- Work within ISO 9001:2015 quality standards guidelines
- Complete assemblies within specified timeframes per work order
Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
