Summary: Seeking a QC Inspector with expertise in cable and harness manufacturing to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality inspection in cable/harness manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and relevant standards required.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and assembly instructions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and quality documentation systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, multimeters, and continuity testers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual and mechanical inspections of cable and harness assemblies.
  • Document inspection results and non-conformances accurately.
  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process checks, and final inspections.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
