Sr. Inventory Coordinator
Summary: Seeking a Sr. Inventory Coordinator with extensive inventory management experience to support laboratory operations and customer service functions.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 4 years of inventory/material handling or account management experience.
- Basic purchasing and inventory knowledge required.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Teams experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems.
- GMP and GLP training a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of consumables and chemicals, including accurate documentation and control.
- Prepare inventory reports by analyzing stock usage information.
- Conduct cycle counting, yearly physical inventories, and reporting on slow-moving or dead inventory.
- Perform purchasing functions such as managing quotes, document control, and resolving open invoices or pricing issues.
- Provide daily customer service related to order entry, reporting, metrics maintenance, and cost savings tracking.
- Coordinate shipping activities including handling hazardous material and preparing shipping documentation.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
