Summary: Seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in CNC machining, metal forming, and heat treating for process development and continuous improvement.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant manufacturing experience

  • Deep technical knowledge of CNC machining, metal forming, and heat treating

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD, ideally SolidWorks

  • Ability to program CNC machines using Mastercam

Responsibilities:

  • Develop processes and implement solutions with programmers, machinists, and operators

  • Support equipment selection, deployment, and troubleshooting

  • Lead continuous improvement activities focusing on safety, delivery, cost, and efficiency

  • Specify testing methods to ensure product conformance

  • Interface with suppliers and customers

  • Assist in training activities



Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
