Summary: Seeking an Engineering Manager with expertise in manufacturing and aerospace to oversee engineering operations and collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering field

  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment; aerospace preferred

  • Previous managerial experience in an engineering/manufacturing setting

  • Strong experience in process drawings and GD&T per ASME Y1

4.5 standards

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve manufacturing drawings

  • Collaborate with customers to interpret product requirements and propose development projects

  • Provide support on new Product Introduction programs by assigning technical resources

  • Participate in selection, training, appraising, motivating, and rewarding department personnel

  • Ensure SOPs and work instructions are followed for consistent manufacturing processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of various metals including Nickel Alloys, Stainless Steels, Maragin Steels, Alloy Steels

  • Familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing methods such as Magnetic Particle, Pressure Testing, Dye Penetrant

  • Understanding of Mechanical Testing including Tensile Test, Hardness Test, Grain Size, Salt Fog

  • Hands-on approach with assembly of designs and fixturing

  • Lean Manufacturing principles



Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
