Sr. Manager, Engineering
Summary: Seeking a Senior Manager in Engineering with expertise in pharmaceutical processes to lead multi-functional teams, manage project strategies, and drive automation support initiatives.
Requirements:
- BS in relevant engineering discipline; MS preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in fluid flow, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and engineering materials.
- Knowledge of GMPs, FDA guidelines, purchasing practices, and process validation.
- Ability to lead multiple multi-functional teams simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Pharmaceutical and aseptic background.
- Ability to shape and influence outside of immediate scope of responsibility.
- Maintain industry contacts and involvement in industry interest groups.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of engineers to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with versatile teams on product requirements and technical strategies.
- Establish engineering processes, standards, and guidelines for scalable solutions.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources for successful delivery.
- Drive automation support initiatives for improved efficiency.
Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
