Summary: Seeking a CNC Horizontal Machinist for 2nd shift operations, responsible for setup, operation, and minor program edits on machining centers.

  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2+ years experience with CNC horizontal machining centers
    • Ability to set up, operate, and make minor program edits
    • Familiarity with machining plastics and aluminum materials
    • Basic computer literacy for documentation and data entry
    • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and GD&T
    • Skilled in using precision measurement tools

  • Preferred Skills:

    • CNC machining certificate or formal apprenticeship completion
    • 5+ years experience in custom manufacturing environment
    • Experience with large, complex part machining
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards

  • Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate CNC horizontal machining centers per drawings and instructions
    • Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, workpieces
    • Adjust machine settings to optimize processes and maintain quality
    • Perform inspections using precision instruments
    • Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions


Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
