Summary: Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance by troubleshooting, configuring, testing, and upgrading computer software and hardware.

Requirements:

  • Assume first-level support of help desk calls
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Set up company workstations, laptops, and tablets
  • Maintain hardware/software asset management system
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages with users
  • Upgrade computer systems with new releases and models
  • Develop expertise to train users on new technologies

Preferred Skills:

  • Audio/visual experience
  • Practical knowledge of desktop support, remote support software
  • Expertise in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, TeamViewer Remote Support, Cylance end-point protection, Epicor ERP

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to users
  • Ensure uptime and performance of computers meet user needs


Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
