Summary: Seeking an R&D Manager to lead and manage research and development projects, ensuring technical soundness and efficiency.

  • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred).
    • 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, with 3-5 years in a senior technical role (Sr. Chemist or higher).
    • Supervisory experience required.
    • Experience in Epoxy chemistry required.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in R&D, formulation, and reverse engineering.
    • Strong understanding of formulation, testing, and product approval processes.
  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead and develop objectives for the R&D team with mentorship and guidance.
    • Manage the full life cycle of R&D projects from conception to completion.
    • Design, develop, and improve products based on customer feedback and industry trends.
    • Ensure lab efficiency by optimizing workflows and maintaining safety protocols.
    • Develop testing methods to assure product quality and establish standards.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally for successful product transition from R&D to market.
    • Provide technical support to sales team for customer inquiries and product strategies.


Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
