Summary: Seeking a Lamination Operator skilled in machine operation, chemical handling, and equipment maintenance for a rotating shift schedule.

Requirements:

  • Complete production and QA documentation.
  • Operate computers and handle hazardous/non-hazardous chemicals.
  • Familiarity with photo resist laminator machines.
  • Perform chemical titrations and minor equipment maintenance.
  • Identify process problems and troubleshoot with engineers.
  • Comply with clean room guidelines; frequent gowning required.
  • Conduct continuous inspection of laminated materials.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to read customer drawings/specifications.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up, control operations, preventative maintenance, inspection.
  • Select correct coil for production; set-up line per schedule.
  • Follow written work instructions and SOPs.
  • Monitor/document work; maintain attendance.


Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
