Customer Service Representative
Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in a CNC manufacturing or technical environment to manage customer interactions and order processing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a CNC manufacturing or technical environment
- Experience with ERP software, preferably JobBOSS2
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on products, orders, and services
- Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal teams and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Support processing customer orders, quotes, and change requests efficiently using ERP software
- Collaborate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor and communicate order status updates to customers proactively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within JobBOSS2 ERP
- Prepare and distribute customer reports, invoices, and shipping documents as needed
- Support management with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
