Receptionist
Summary: Seeking a Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet guests, handle mail, and support office functions.
Job Requirements:

Must be bilingual

Minimum 1 year of office experience

Associates degree in business or related field
Preferred Skills:

Experience with visitor management systems (e.g., Greetly)

Familiarity with standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers)
Job Responsibilities:
-
Greet guests professionally and confirm identification
-
Maintain office security and control access via reception desk
-
Keep reception area tidy and stocked with necessary supplies
-
Maintain visitor log and update visitor management system as needed

Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
-
Support executives and other departments as needed

Manage daily mail/deliveries and ensure outgoing mail is appropriately posted

Order, receive, stock office supplies, and maintain kitchen supplies

Maintain office equipment including scheduling repairs services
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
