Summary: Seeking a PM Tech specialized in robotic maintenance and welding systems for a high-volume automotive assembly plant.

  • Requirements:

    • Experience with FANUC Robots and Omron PLCs
    • High school diploma or equivalent plus formal PLC and robotic training
    • Proficiency with hand and power tools
    • Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude
    • Computer operating and programming skills

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Background in automotive assembly environments, especially Nissan plant experience

  • Responsibilities:

    • Ensure functionality of safety, failsafe, and ergonomic features
    • Perform mechanical/electrical setup and adjustments before production
    • Conduct machine repair including troubleshooting on assembly equipment such as robots, grommet insertion, resistance welding, orbital peening, and MIG welding
    • Fabricate stands and weldments
    • Move, install, and change equipment as instructed by engineering


Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
