Customer Service Sales Rep
Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Sales Support Representative to manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot orders, and create parts quotes with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
- Capability to work at a faster-than-average pace
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Post-high school education
- Previous customer service or similar experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage email inquiries, perform quoting activities, and communicate order status to customers
- Address and resolve issues, manage product returns, and log customer complaints in the CRM system
- Collaborate with departments like Material Planners, Shipping, and Accounting for order management
- Answer approximately 200+ calls per month from customers in phone queues
- Support Quality and EHS compliance policies
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
