Customer Service Sales Rep

Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Sales Support Representative to manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot orders, and create parts quotes with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems.

• Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM systems
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Capability to work at a faster-than-average pace
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail

• Preferred Skills:

  • Post-high school education
  • Previous customer service or similar experience

• Responsibilities:

  • Manage email inquiries, perform quoting activities, and communicate order status to customers
  • Address and resolve issues, manage product returns, and log customer complaints in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with departments like Material Planners, Shipping, and Accounting for order management
  • Answer approximately 200+ calls per month from customers in phone queues
  • Support Quality and EHS compliance policies

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
