Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to evaluate and improve production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and employee safety.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
    • 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF standards.
    • Hands-on skills including knowledge of Stick or Mig Welding.
    • Experience with creating/visualizing processes and fixture concepts.
    • Proficiency in 3D drafting (Solidworks, Catia, UG, etc.) and basic drafting/design capabilities.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct production time studies to identify process improvements.
    • Design work cells and plant layouts for optimized workflow.
    • Develop tools, fixtures, and processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
    • Support the implementation of the Quality System and maintain ISO certification.
    • Recommend ergonomic and safety enhancements in production processes.


Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
