Summary: Seeking an Entry-Level Quality Engineer to support quality systems and engineering functions in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
  • 0-5 years of relevant Quality Engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with internal quality audits (ISO 9001 or IATF)

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5-S, Total Quality Concepts, 8D, A3, and Six Sigma

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and improve inner plant Quality Systems under the direction of the Manager of Quality
  • Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure products and processes meet standards
  • Create quality documents in compliance with company standards
  • Troubleshoot root cause analysis and maintain documentation related to control plans
  • Maintain SPC charts and develop resolutions for out-of-specification data
  • Investigate root causes of quality problems and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  • Establish quality standards for products and processes
  • Inspect raw materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards


Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
