Production Superintendent

Summary: Seeking a Production Superintendent with supervisory experience in manufacturing environments to oversee safe and efficient operations.

• Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in manufacturing setting
  • Experience achieving KPIs such as cost savings or scrap reduction
  • Knowledge of ASRS user screens and code identification
  • Familiarity with JIT communication devices and MRP systems
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software

• Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and efficient production department operations
  • Guide supervisors on personnel issues and disciplinary problems
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer staff for timely delivery and quality assurance
  • Enforce safety rules and conduct performance appraisals related to health and safety
  • Participate actively in plant safety programs through inspections, safety talks, and goal setting

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
