West Regional Sales Manager

Summary: Seeking a West Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of construction hoists and related equipment across CA, NV, AZ, and CO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

• Detail oriented

• Knowledge of selling techniques including negotiation and persuasion

• Familiarity with construction equipment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Net Suite

• Experience with CRM systems

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with customers and grow accounts in assigned territory

• Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations

• Prospect using phone selling skills and lead database services

• Serve as direct interaction point for customers

• Develop leads to sell services and initiate order processes

• Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with customers to determine equipment needs

• Prepare proposals, contracts, and close sales orders

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
