Summary: Seeking a Hoist Technician with experience in hoist or crane service/maintenance, capable of working independently and traveling extensively for training and service.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Ability to work independently from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and parts lists

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record

  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time

  • Must provide hand tools

Preferred Skills:

  • State and National licensing and certifications

  • Experience in repair and service of elevators, cranes, or other electro-mechanical equipment

  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and PLC controls

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations for safety, reliability, and dependability

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on elevators per the Maintenance Manual

  • Troubleshoot electric brakes, motors, switches, variable frequency drives, and PLC control systems

  • Report accurate data for parts recommendations or process improvements

  • Develop excellent customer relationships through communication and follow-up calls

  • Respond to emergency calls during business hours and after hours for service/repair



Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
