Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for night shift to oversee manufacturing plant maintenance and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing plant
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for design assistance

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of OSHA programs and MSDS management
  • Familiarity with Environmental regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Maintenance Technicians and Upgraders
  • Oversee maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment
  • Ensure adherence to Magna Employee Charter and Corporate Constitution
  • Manage Employee Opinion Survey results
  • Assist departments with maintenance needs
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Quality teams with fixtures and gages design
  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and implement action plans


Pay Details: $70.00 to $85.00 per hour
