Summary: Immediate opening for a Video Teleconference Technician to support mission-critical media operations and communications for a government customer.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year performing VTC systems functions
  • AA Degree or better
  • Work on-site 5 days per week
  • Secret clearance preferred, but candidates without clearance will be considered

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of VTC technology and equipment
  • Experience in coordinating VTC meetings across multiple sites
  • Customer service skills with experience fielding and troubleshooting issues

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage telephone meetings using phone conference, VTC, and UC systems
  • Troubleshoot problems in phone conference, VTC, and UC meetings
  • Support operations and maintenance tasks for various media systems including live and delayed streaming broadcasts


Pay Details: $36,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
