Summary: Seeking an Executive Sales Assistant to support sales operations and customer account management, with a focus on ingredient pricing and purchasing.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Two years of previous inside and/or outside sales experience or equivalent education, training, and experience.
  • Thorough understanding of policies including GMP's, HACCP & SQF.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships and apply business practices.
  • Goal-driven with strong organizational and administration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Travel required for trade shows and industry meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Support President in managing customer accounts and identifying new contracts.
  • Assist in pricing and purchasing ingredients for production continuity.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the facility to ensure efficient operation.
  • Manage social media platforms and create correspondence as needed.
  • Develop sales opportunities through research, solicitation, building rapport, providing technical information, preparing quotations, setting up demonstrations.
  • Generate leads by managing daily work schedule for outreach to sales outlets.
  • Document all contacts on sales spreadsheets/software and follow up on quotes.


Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
