Material Handler

Summary: Seeking a Material Handler to manage materials and resins for plastic injection molding production, including mixing colorants, delivering raw materials, and removing finished goods.

• Coordinate supply of production machines with raw and packaging materials

• Retrieve and mix resin materials with coloring pigments as per formulas

• Handle material manually and switch over machinery materials

• Perform daily machine inspections and complete paperwork

• Support operation of injection molding presses and mold changeover processes

• Maintain inventory documentation system with first in-first out material identification

• Issue and return materials through ERP system

• Transport finished bins to designated areas using tracking barcode labels

• Record component lot number changes for documentation accuracy

• Move materials between warehouse and production areas; keep areas clean

• Operate forklift or pallet jack for loading/moving tasks

• Perform administrative duties like data entry; make cardboard/plastic bales

• Adhere to safety regulations; report unsafe conditions immediately

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with electric pallet jacks and injection molding presses

• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
