Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to read and understand English work instructions and documentation

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to pass required assembly training

  • Ability to lift/move parts or equipment up to 55 lbs

  • Ability to use hand tools and operate basic machinery for assembly and rework

  • Ability to work from wiring diagrams, computer-generated images, drawings/sketches, engineering drawings, and specifications

Preferred Skills

  • Experience assembling electrical and/or mechanical components or subassemblies

  • Circuit board assembly or rework experience

  • SAP or similar ERP experience

  • BOM verification and documentation review for assembly accuracy

  • Stock handling, routing, or light administrative support in a production environment

  • Lean/HPWS exposure (standard work, 5S, waste reduction)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical and/or mechanical assemblies, modules, and circuit boards using documented instructions and tooling

  • Verify assembly accuracy against BOM and ensure completed builds meet design specifications and quality standards

  • Perform assembly and rework operations to correct nonconformances and meet acceptance criteria

  • Interpret and follow computer-generated pictures, wiring diagrams, drawings, sketches, engineering documentation, and specifications

  • Use required hand tools and operate machinery to install parts and complete assembly steps

  • Complete required system transactions and documentation (including SAP/ERP entries when applicable)

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, including stock handling, routing, administrative support, and basic maintenance duties



Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
