CNC Machinist/Programmer responsible for programming and machining complex parts in plastics and metals, designing fixtures, and operating CNC mills and lathes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming

  • Experience machining plastics, aluminum, and stainless steel

  • Ability to program CNC mills and CNC lathes

  • Ability to design and build fixtures to machine complex parts

Preferred Skills

  • TIG welding experience

  • MIG welding experience

  • Experience with complex-part workholding strategies and fixture validation

Job Responsibilities

  • Program CNC mills and lathes to produce complex components to specification

  • Set up, fixture, and machine parts in plastics, aluminum, and stainless steel

  • Design, fabricate, and validate fixtures and workholding for complex machining operations

  • Troubleshoot machining issues and revise programs, tooling, feeds/speeds, and work offsets as required

  • Maintain machining documentation including setup notes, tooling lists, and revision control as applicable

  • Perform in-process checks to verify dimensions and adjust processes to maintain part conformance

  • Support secondary operations as needed, including optional TIG/MIG welding tasks when applicable



Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
