Medical Labeling Specialist
Medical Labeling Specialist – Develops, reviews, and maintains compliant medical device packaging and labeling in alignment with regulatory and quality requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
2+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare-related environment.
Experience with medical package labeling (packaging artwork, IFUs, UDI, etc.).
Experience releasing specifications and drawings in a PLM system (e.g., Enovia, Windchill).
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator for artwork creation and modification.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with global labeling regulations and standards for medical devices.
Experience working within regulated quality systems (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
Experience with change control processes for labeling in PLM/quality systems.
Experience monitoring and interpreting regulatory updates impacting product labeling.
Job Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and review text and artwork required for medical product labeling and packaging.
Ensure labeling, art, film, and plate proofs meet medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Release labeling specifications and drawings through PLM systems such as Enovia or Windchill.
Monitor changes in US and international labeling regulations and support implementation of required updates.
Review promotional and commercial communication materials to ensure consistency with approved data and intended use.
Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to labeling processes, quality, systems, tools, and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant labeling throughout the product lifecycle.
Pay: 35-40

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
