Project Engineer
Project Engineer responsible for leading engineering projects from specification review through delivery, with a focus on pump or oil and gas applications.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering

5–20 years of experience in project engineering or related engineering role
-
Experience leading technical projects from kickoff through completion
-
Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and drawings
-
Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
-
Understanding of bills of materials (BOMs) and revision control
-
Experience with material selection for industrial equipment and systems
Preferred Skills
-
Background in the pump industry

Experience in the oil and gas industry or related heavy industrial sectors

Experience coordinating with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

Experience managing project deliverables, schedules, and technical documentation
Job Responsibilities

Lead assigned engineering projects from requirements review through final delivery
-
Interpret engineering specifications, drawings, and customer requirements for project scope definition

Develop, review, and maintain bills of materials (BOMs) and ensure accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
-
Support material selection and ensure compatibility with application, performance, and regulatory requirements
-
Coordinate with design teams using SolidWorks or similar CAD tools to ensure designs meet project requirements

Track and manage project deliverables, including technical documentation, drawings, and reports
-
Interface with internal stakeholders and vendors to support manufacturing, procurement, and installation activities

Identify and resolve technical issues impacting project cost, schedule, or performance
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
