Requirements

  • Experience with point-of-sale systems for sales, returns, and exchanges

  • Ability to explain basic product and accessory functionality

  • Knowledge of receipt, stocking, staging, and shipping workflows

  • Accuracy handling cash, cards, taxes, discounts, and daily reconciliation

  • Availability for retail hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

  • Merchandising and planogram execution

  • Cycle counting and inventory variance resolution

  • Order fulfillment for will-call, delivery, and third-party carriers

  • Basic KPI literacy (conversion, average order value, units per transaction)

  • Vendor coordination for deliveries, RMAs, and service calls

Responsibilities

  • Engage walk-in customers, identify needs, present solutions, and complete transactions

  • Process returns/exchanges per policy; prepare documentation and adjust inventory

  • Stage, pick, and fulfill customer orders; coordinate pickup, delivery, or shipment

  • Receive, inspect, and stock inbound product; maintain accurate backroom locations

  • Maintain showroom standards: stocking, displays, signage, and cleanliness

  • Execute daily counts, transfers, and inventory adjustments; report discrepancies

  • Track and report KPIs; support team goal setting and execution of operating plans

  • Coordinate on-site activities with vendors and local partners; manage paperwork and logs


 

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
