Manufacturing Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with CATIA V5 design experience to support production process development and optimization.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship required

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field

• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (CATIA V5 or similar)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping)

• Familiarity with root cause analysis and corrective action processes

• Knowledge of time study and production cycle optimization techniques

Responsibilities:

• Develop production routing and manufacturing drawings

• Utilize 3D CAD software to design fixtures

• Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify efficiency, cost, and quality improvements

• Collaborate with operators to resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts

• Conduct time studies to optimize production cycles and identify bottlenecks

• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve flow

• Support quality control initiatives, including root cause analysis and preventative measures

• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe work environment

Pay Details: $36.00 to $49.00 per hour
