Responsible for developing, standardizing, and managing technical documentation and business processes in support of Department of Defense (DoD) programs across classified and unclassified environments.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph

  • Master’s degree in Business, Business Management (AACSB, ACBSP, or IACBE accredited), or Engineering (ABET accredited)

  • 10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience supporting SAP and/or SCI environments within the past 5 years

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira

  • Experience in workflow management, communications, and business process optimization

  • Strong background in DoD program management support

Responsibilities

  • Capture, standardize, and manage technical, operational, and procedural documentation

  • Develop business processes and ensure compliance with DoD standards

  • Support system lifecycle documentation for classified and unclassified programs

  • Transform complex processes into actionable content for diverse audiences (military, civilian, contractor)

  • Provide expert-level documentation and process development in SAP and SCI environments



Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
