Responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a business environment

  • Basic knowledge of office machinery such as copiers and scanners

  • Knowledge of alphabetical and numerical filing systems

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with in-house scanning system products, policies, and procedures

  • Experience with document imaging and electronic storage processes

Responsibilities

  • Inventory and verify documents received and returned against audit sheets

  • Categorize and file records in alphabetical, numerical, or combined systems

  • Troubleshoot and analyze processes to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • File and retrieve documents for efficient storage and accessibility

  • Prepare, scan, and quality-check documents and images for digital conversion

  • Select appropriate scanners and settings based on document type and characteristics

  • Respond to document requests by retrieving and delivering records

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

  • Perform other duties as assigned



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
