Support records management, digitization, and test-day operations at Hurricane Mesa Test Facility to safeguard critical historical data and improve safety, security, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship required

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Experience in records management or large documentation projects

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365

  • Computer efficiency and ability to manage digital and physical records

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience digitizing paper-based records

  • Familiarity with regulatory or test documentation practices

  • Ability to support coordination of facility operations and logistics

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain site files including regulatory and test records (filing, scanning, digitization)

  • Digitize historical site and test information currently held in paper-only form

  • Support visitor management during test activities including traffic control, orientations, and observations

  • Assist with weekly status meetings and general administrative coordination

  • Order supplies, coordinate special events, and assist with community relations

  • Support creation and maintenance of procedures and standard work instructions (SWIs)

  • Contribute to long-term archival projects to preserve facility documentation



Pay Details: $14.00 to $19.00 per hour
