Responsible for ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, optimizing customs processes, and supporting trade operations across the Americas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5–7 years of experience in international trade or related area

  • Direct experience in import compliance for the Americas

  • Subject matter expertise in trade compliance including import regulation, classification, valuation, licensing, and authorizations

  • Fluency in English (oral and written)

  • US Customs Broker license strongly preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Skills

  • Strong project management and computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel)

  • Experience with Oracle and trade automation tools such as E2Open

  • Analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve business challenges

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies

  • Optimize costs related to customs and trade activities

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation in trade processes

  • Support and evaluate internal and external service providers against performance metrics

  • Maintain strong focus on customer support in trade compliance activities

  • Provide expertise in resolving compliance and operational challenges

  • Contribute to Americas trade compliance projects and initiatives



Pay Details: $31.00 to $41.00 per hour
