Supplier Quality Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience with validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV)

• Thorough knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes

• Experience in supplier quality within the medical device industry

• Background with a variety of product types including off-the-shelf sourced components, electro-mechanical components, software development kits (SDK), and surgical platform hardware components

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating ENT strategic products into enabling technologies platforms

• Experience with regulated industry requirements and supplier management processes

• Understanding of robotics, navigation, intra-operative imaging, or surgical equipment technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Market Supplier Quality Engineering team for NPI projects and supplier management activities

• Support new product development by ensuring supplier quality standards and processes are met

• Oversee supplier qualification, process validation, and change management activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and quality integration

• Contribute as both a team leader and individual contributor to achieve Supplier Quality goals and objectives

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
