Responsible for creating and reviewing electrical design documents, diagrams, and layouts for low-voltage and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop single line diagrams, one line diagrams, and loop diagrams with terminal IDs

  • Prepare wiring diagrams for 480V and below systems and 24VDC instrument installations

  • Create and maintain cable schedules and interconnect diagrams

  • Design lighting placement and installation details

  • Define junction box locations and terminal layouts

  • Plan and route cable trays based on cable schedules

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of design documentation with project requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD with strong design and drafting skills

  • Experience preparing single line, loop, and interconnect diagrams

  • Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems (480V and below)

  • Familiarity with instrument installation and 24VDC wiring

  • Understanding of cable scheduling and tray routing practices

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electrical design in industrial or manufacturing environments

  • Familiarity with NEC and industry electrical design standards

  • Ability to integrate electrical designs with other engineering disciplines



Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
