Engineer responsible for developing mechanical and electromechanical systems, ensuring design integrity, manufacturability, and performance through research, analysis, and testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, kinematics, and structural analysis

  • Advanced skills in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) for modeling, assemblies, and drafting

  • Knowledge of material properties and applications (steel, aluminum, plastics) in product design

  • Familiarity with manufacturing techniques such as metal fabrication, injection molding, and assembly processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electromechanical systems and thermodynamics

  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA) experience

  • Proficiency with PC-based design and engineering tools

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate project objectives by reviewing design plans, drawings, and specifications

  • Maintain project schedules by tracking progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues

  • Research and design mechanical and electromechanical systems using mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and material science

  • Conduct feasibility studies, develop testing methods, and analyze performance data

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production

  • Design and modify equipment and testing methods to validate product and system capabilities

  • Confirm system, part, and product reliability through testing and analysis



Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
