Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate high-precision CNC equipment, ensuring production efficiency and quality compliance.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; trade school or apprenticeship preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC setup experience with manual machining background

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T

  • Familiarity with Fanuc and Haas controls

  • Experience with Malta 3000, HOS X4, Haas ST-25Y, or similar CNC machines

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in multi-axis programming and live tooling

  • Proficiency in using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up tooling, fixtures, and programs on multiple CNC machines

  • Perform first-piece inspections and adjust offsets to maintain tight tolerances

  • Operate machines to meet production schedules while ensuring quality standards

  • Use precision measurement tools to verify parts meet specifications

  • Conduct basic machine maintenance and keep work area safe and organized



Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
