Provides document control and information management expertise across all phases of asset lifecycle management in compliance with industry standards and internal processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 68 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong experience in Oil, Gas, or Refinery environments

  • Proficient with asset lifecycle information management (ALIM) systems

  • Ability to work independently under team lead supervision

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Suncor standards, systems, and tools

  • Knowledge of engineering documentation practices and standards

  • Familiarity with quality control and audit reporting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide asset information management services across multiple projects

  • Ensure adherence to established standards, processes, and procedures

  • Conduct quality checks on project asset information throughout the lifecycle

  • Generate routine and complex audit reports

  • Serve as ALIM Superuser, offering guidance and support as needed

  • Coordinate with engineering providers on deliverable creation, issuance, and turnover

  • Identify and report adverse conditions from collected data

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
