Summary:
Ensures quality compliance and continuous improvement in an electronics manufacturing environment through the implementation of standards, root cause analysis, and statistical process control.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to meet ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-610, and other standards

  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5-Why, and FMEA tools

  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test engineering to integrate quality into product development and production

  • Implement and manage statistical process control (SPC) and other data-driven quality monitoring techniques

  • Provide training on quality methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma

  • Support new product introduction (NPI) by defining quality requirements and validating performance

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints using structured problem-solving

  • Maintain and improve Quality Management System (QMS) documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or 10+ years of experience in a quality engineering role

  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of IPC standards and applicable industry regulations

  • Proficiency in statistical tools such as Minitab or JMP

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)

  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA

  • Background in PCBA manufacturing, electronics assembly, or automated inspection systems



Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
