Machine Builder
Responsible for independently completing mid-to-high complexity installation projects with minimal supervision, primarily within Chrysler, Ford, and GM manufacturing environments.
Job Requirements:

One-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 5 years of related experience in mechanical installation

Proficient in Chrysler, Ford, and GM build practices
-
Basic welding skills
-
Ability to rig and operate cranes proficiently
-
Owns required tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
-
Capable of updating E-BOM summary and verifying conformance of parts to BOMs and blueprints
-
Regularly lifts and moves up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in environments with mechanical parts, heights, and vibration

Understands and adheres to safety and environmental regulations
Preferred Skills:

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, regulations, and project timelines

Competency in generating business reports and correspondence

Understanding of mathematical concepts including geometry, trigonometry, ratios, and statistics

Skilled at solving practical problems with minimal standardization
-
Able to interpret complex instructions across various formats
Job Responsibilities:

Independently execute mechanical installation and assist team in resolving project issues

Follow project equipment from build phase through customer site installation
-
Maintain accurate weekly E-BOM updates for Mechanical Supervisor

Ensure adherence to company policies, project schedules, and open issue management
-
Maintain a clean work area and follow continuous improvement and quality systems
-
Monitor and report installation quality and timeline adherence
-
Participate in safety and environmental compliance efforts
Pay Details: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
