Order Management Specialist

Seeking an experienced order processing specialist to manage high voltage circuit breaker orders from entry to fulfillment using SAP.

Requirements:

• Experience with SAP for order entry and management

• Knowledge of order processing and fulfillment procedures

• Ability to verify pricing and maintain accurate records

• Familiarity with tax exemption documentation and processing

• Proficiency in preparing reports and handling administrative tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in electrical equipment or high voltage product industries

• Knowledge of collections processes and customer account follow-up

• Strong understanding of interdepartmental handover procedures

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify customer orders and pricing in SAP

• Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate internal records

• Coordinate handovers to relevant departments for order progression

• Obtain, validate, and manage tax exemption documentation

• Respond to customer inquiries and support collections activities

• Prepare reports and complete related administrative functions

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
